IN THE HIMALAYA (NAGALAND) PROJECT
Project Institutional Structure
The Project Executing Agency (PEA) for this project is the Nagaland State Biodiversity Board (NSBB), wherein the Project Management Unit (PMU) is established. Unlike many other projects, there are two Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) here, which are the Department of Environment, Forests & Climate Change (DEFCC), Nagaland and Nagaland Empowerment of People through Economic Development (NEPED).
The overall institutional structure is given below:
